How Ryan Reynolds Got in Shape


In the July issue of InStyle magazine Ryan Reynolds shared how he got fit for some of his most recent films.

Blade: Trinity the 6-foot-2 stud dropped his body fat to 3 percent and packed on 15 pounds of muscle. The key to dropping body fat is to basically eat. By simply changing the ingredients of what you may already be consuming you can achieve the weight loss that you are ultimately seeking. During the filming he used personal trainer Buddy Strom who has also trainedJennifer Love Hewitt, Jessica Biel, Scarlett Johansson and Jennifer Lopez.
