Flat Abs

To add some spice to a traditional crunch try the routine below which will work your abs, shoulders and thighs!

Lie face up, left leg straight and raised slightly off floor, right leg bent. 
Holding weight in right hand, extend right arm to ceiling and left arm out to the side at shoulder height. 
Hold arm position and contract abs to crunch and lift torso at least 45 degrees.
Return and start for one repetition
Repeat on the opposite side (12 reps on each side).

How Ryan Reynolds Got in Shape

In the July issue of InStyle magazine Ryan Reynolds shared how he got fit for some of his most recent films.

Blade: Trinity the 6-foot-2 stud dropped his body fat to 3 percent and packed on 15 pounds of muscle. The key to dropping body fat is to basically eat. By simply changing the ingredients of what you may already be consuming you can achieve the weight loss that you are ultimately seeking. During the filming he used personal trainer Buddy Strom who has also trainedJennifer Love Hewitt, Jessica Biel, Scarlett Johansson and Jennifer Lopez.

Skinny Margs all Summer!

Have you ever wished you could sit by the pool all day long drinking cocktails and not have to worry about the extra calories? Well your wish is my command! Trade in that beer for a skinny margarita. has a fantastic recipe that you can try.

Total Time:
5 min
5 servings, 1 cup each

What You Need!
1 tub CRYSTAL LIGHT Lemonade Flavor Drink Mix
1-1/2 cups cold water
1/2 cup cold orange juice
1 Tbsp. lime juice
5 cups crushed ice
Make It!
PLACE drink mix, water, orange juice and lime juice in blender container; cover.
BLEND on high speed until drink mix is dissolved.
ADD ice; cover. Blend on high speed until thickened and smooth. Serve immediately.
